You imbue the subject with magical energy that protects it from harm, granting it a +1 resistance bonus on saves. This spell can not be 'stacked' with itself, but does add to any other resistance bonuses that the target already has. Resistance can be made permanent with a permanency spell.

Requires a short spoken incantation and you must touch the target to cast the spell.
